Our company, Al Suwaidi Middle East Lubricant and Oil Trading LLC (ASMEL LLC), is a Dubai based company which was established with the primary focus of marketing and distributing lubricants with main emphasis on automotive lubricant products to all industry types in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
 
As a member of a strong organization of SME Dubai - The Mohammed Bin Rashid Establishment for Small and Medium Enterprises Development (a government foundation established by His Royal Highness Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai) -  Our company only strives to deliver the best quality standard of products which are exclusively manufactured and produced by a top manufacturing company with high standard laboratories and testing facilities.
 
Currently we are exclusively distributing a Belgium brand ? Ardeca Lubricant, in the UAE market. Our relationship with them started 4 months ago. However we are very proud to announce that despite of the general challenges in the market due to the pandemic and despite of the strong presence of top competitors which are dominating the UAE market like Castrol, Total, Mobil, along with other local and Asian brands - we are still able to connect the brand and signed contracts to 106 companies/partners and counting, in just 4 months. Unfortunately as we are now on our 5th month of doing business with this brand, they have raised a minimum 30% increase in the prices and although we understand their reasons, majority of our contracted partners/clients refused to acknowledge this enormous increase as the prices will no longer be competitive in the UAE market and appear to be way higher than the current leading brands here. We cannot introduce a brand in our market and increase the price of 30% in just 4 months, especially when we are still on the stage of our marketing awareness campaign for the brand.

We distribute to all types of customers here in the UAE, and this current increase from our partner in Belgium creates a huge challenge to some of our “price-sensitive type customers”. And with this situation we understand that there is a need for our company to consider another product/brand that would give our “price- sensitive type customers” the option of still having a good quality and a reasonable price and provide their expectations. And we are hoping that we can see that possibility in your product/brand.

We need a brand that is not only competitive in quality but also competitive in pricing. We are reaching to your organization to express our interest of possibly working with your products in the territory of the United Arab Emirates.  We are mainly interested in the following automotive lubricant oil below and we would like to request you to please send us your price for both the API and ACEA specifications. We also understand that for some products there are several variants, for example, for 5W30 you may have several variants.  We would like to request to please provide us the prices of all variants of each product stated below, and as soon as we receive the details we will then be choosing and will proceed accordingly
